I was a member of WA for about a year and a half from 2007 to 2008. When I first started, the content and tools provided were very good and I was able to make money a few hundred dollars after a month of starting the program (using Adwords). But there was not much new content after a year of using them and I felt that the new tools they offered were too clunky to be useful especially the web page building app. But I hung around for a year and a half because of the forums. The information was far more useful in the forums than the actual content plus everyone was doing their best to help each other out. I'm thinking of going back though.
