Wealthy Affiliate Review – Approaching My First Year Inside Wealthy Affiliate
Today marks my 9th month inside the Wealthy Affiliate University. Everyday I’m just thankful to have finally found a community where I can learn how to be the best Internet marketer that I can be. Wealthy Affiliate taught me how to be ethical and honest with my marketing efforts and that alone will serve me for years to come.

The One Thing That I Most Love Inside Wealthy Affiliate
In my opinion if you remove the WA Action Plan, Internet marketing tools, free web hosting, WA Share Zone, etc… and just leave out the Wealthy Affiliate Forum, the monthly fee is still going to be worth it.
There are tons of stuff that I’ve learned from both beginners and IM veterans from inside the Wealthy Affiliate Forum. In this post I’m going to list just 3 of the techniques that I’ve learned and actually applied in my marketing efforts.
List Building and Email Marketing – I was really fortunate because one member put his trust in me and showed me his campaign where he is making a killing. He was building a list and effectively marketing to them. It’s one thing to build a list and another to have a very responsive list that will trust your recommendations.
Isnare Technique – I accidentally discovered this technique from another Wealthy Affiliate member while I was digging inside the Members Recommended Products inside the forum. Basically he purchased an Isnare distribution service for only $2 and after 10 days he profited over $400! One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no guarantee that you’ll experience the same results.
Promoting CPA Offers Through Banner Advertising – There’s another member who is making a killing by promoting CPA offers using banner advertising. He shared some of his basic techniques and made me look at another option for paid advertising other than search engine PPC. I just started yesterday and I believe this is going to be my main method for paid advertising whether I’m going to promote CPA offers or commission based products.
That’s it. Basically I’ve discussed list building, email marketing, using ezine publishers and promoting CPA offers through banner advertising. I believe my marketing methods will revolve around this 3 and I have Wealthy Affiliate to thank for all of this.

thanks for the post. I was a member of WA for about a year and a half from 2007 to 2008. When I first started, the content and tools provided were very good and I was able to make money a few hundred dollars after a month of starting the program (using Adwords). But there was not much new content after a year of using them and I felt that the new tools they offered were too clunky to be useful especially the web page building app.
But I hung around for a year and a half because of the forums. The information was far more useful in the forums than the actual content plus everyone was doing their best to help each other out.
I’m thinking of going back though.
After a year of doing this, have there been continous updates to the content? thanks and great blog!

The most recent update was the WA Platinum. I don’t really pay too much attention anymore to the materials inside WA because the info inside the forum makes all my membership worth it 100x over. If you’re planning to join make sure you do it before June because they’re raising their prices.
