I appreciate your comments. I've spent theme hunting for hours until I ended up with Brian Gardner's Silhouette 2 column theme. I also thought about using the 3 col but I decided to go for the minimalistic 2 col centered design. It shows the whitespace on both the sides and makes the design less cluttered and more focused.
